Return & Exchange Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Amsu Fashions offers shipping services across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. If stock is available and the order is placed before 4 PM on a business day, we aim to ship the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM or on holidays will be processed the next working day. Peak periods may cause delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally via trusted partners like DHL and FedEx. Rates vary by location and weight. Estimated delivery: 10–12 working days, customs delays possible. Duties, VAT, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive tracking info via email after dispatch. Note: Orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless stated below.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation is requested before processing, we’ll try to accommodate it. After processing/shipping, cancellation isn't possible. Redelivery due to incorrect address will be at customer’s cost.

REPLACEMENT / RETURN POLICY

Returns/replacements are not available for hygiene-based or made-to-order items. Exceptions apply for:

  • Transit damage
  • Notified within 24 hours
  • Item unused & in original packaging
  • Free replacement or refund upon validation

Not applicable for:

  • Used/opened items
  • Improper condition returns
  • Damage after delivery
  • International orders

REFUND POLICY

In cases like product unavailability:

  • No replacement? Full refund offered
  • Unserviceable location? 100% refund
  • Logistics issue? Full refund

Customer-requested refunds:

  • 90% refund if replacement declined
  • Express orders outside serviceable areas refunded 90%

Refunds may take up to 14 working days after confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Conditions for return:

  • Return within 15 days in original packaging
  • Shipping/duties are non-refundable

Mark package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs issues.

We may deduct duties from refund if applicable.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN SHIPPING

All shipments are insured. If damaged:

  • Keep packaging
  • Contact support@amsufashions.com
  • We’ll initiate a claim and refund after approval

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International buyers are responsible for customs laws, duties, and taxes.

We cannot predict these fees or delays.

PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE

Customs/authorities may inspect packages. We may share necessary details for clearance.
