PAYMENT OPTIONS

Browse the Amsu Fashions catalogue to make your purchase. Select the item you wish to order, enter the desired quantity, and click on “Order”. Once your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the “Checkout” link beneath your order. You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information. Please review the available Payment Options and choose the one that suits you best. Once you have successfully completed your payment, your order will be processed and shipped within our stipulated timelines. For more information, kindly refer to our Shipping Policy.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Amsu Fashions is equipped to accept immediate online orders through the following modes of payment:

• Domestic and international credit cards (Visa and MasterCard Network)
• VISA debit cards

For Visa and MasterCard, you will need to provide your 16-digit card number, expiry date, and 3-digit CVV number (located on the back of the card). You should also have your card enrolled with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) for transaction completion. American Express cards will require a 15-digit card number and 4-digit code.

Amsu Fashions does not store any card details such as CVV, expiry date, or card number on its servers. All payment transactions are securely processed directly between the customer and the bank through our integrated payment gateway, Razorpay. Razorpay serves solely as a secure facilitator for these transactions. The credit card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Amsu Fashions.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions at Amsu Fashions are secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Information shared during your transaction is protected to prevent unauthorized access by third parties. You can verify a secure connection at checkout by looking for the padlock icon in the address bar or at the bottom corner of your browser window.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chennai, Tamil Nadu via trusted courier services.

Order Deliveries:
Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

• Deliveries require a signature. If unavailable, authorize someone to receive it.
• Some deliveries may require OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
• Amsu Fashions is not responsible for deliveries signed by unauthorized individuals.
• Amsu Fashions is not responsible for damage after delivery.
• Report shortages or damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Shipping charges may vary and are shown during checkout.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. However, replacements may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

If the product is damaged or has leaked during shipping, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@amsufashions.com with:

• Order Number
• Invoice Number
• Description of the issue
• Supporting images or videos (opening video without cut/pause)

Required evidence includes:

• Photos/videos of damaged item
• Inner packaging (carton)
• Outer shipping box
• Tampered seal (if applicable)

After review, our team will respond within 3 working days. If approved, an authorization number will be issued and pickup/refund arranged. Items must be returned in original packaging with receipt and authorization. Once received at our warehouse, the exchange will be processed within 24 hours and new tracking details shared.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• Used products
• Return due to change of mind
• Any size issues

WHEN IS A REFUND ISSUED?

Refunds are issued only if:

• The product is damaged during transit
• A replacement is not available due to stock unavailability

Refunds are processed after the product is received at our warehouse and verified.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders placed on our website cannot be canceled once confirmed. No refunds will be issued for canceled orders.
